All this app does is let no to web pages - no access to activity statement, detailed reward flight information. Waste of time.

As it is, it offers nothing much, just the point balace. It would become useful with a display of account info (status point summary etc), transaction list and future bookings. Also since QF has implemented a passbook functionality for boarding passes, why not creating a passbook function linked to the ff app a -la-american airlines? And please dont forget there are a lot of iphone5 out there already...

Crashes as soon as I login. Using on iPhone 4 running ios4.1.

Works now. I suspect Qantas server had issues. App is interesting but I would have likes more integration with my account such as a points history, booking list and options for viewing bookings and what sort of plane it is. Online checking would be good as well.

All-in-all, not too shabby. Works fine on my 4.1 iPhone 3GS. My only complaint is it too much of a Frequent Flier app, and doesnt have any traveller support functionality (e.g. check-in, seat assignment, view bookings, etc.) I hope it follows the lead of the apps that the US-based carriers are producing.

If you have a pressing, undying need to check your miles on a regular basis, or want to see what sort of overpriced products you can get with those miles, then this app is useful. Otherwise, dont bother. Theres no flight information, no destination information, nothing about the fleet, travel classes, sales... nothing. Youre better off saving the time it would take to download this app and simply using the mobile version of the website.

This app tells me how many points I have, sure... And nothing else very useful. I want an app that tells me the info on the ff website so I can see it quickly. Although its free, its not very useful.

The app works ok, but does not have the ability to view upcoming flight reservations nor does it allow you to make reservations. Please add these functions to the app and provide an iPad version.

Doesnt allow you to check in or check reservations so is pretty much pointless. Granted, it does state this clearly in the App description, but this doesnt make it any more useful. If banks can provide apps with high security functions to transfer money etc, and QANTAS already has these functions available through the Internet, surely its not that difficult to make an App with these functions. A bit disappointed by the haste and lack of thought Qantas clearly put into this app.

Lacks any ambition to be functional. Cant even view activity history.

To be honest, in this day and age, this app lacks basic functionality that is expected when flying. Check-in, booking review, validation of previous bookings are a short list of functionality that would make this application more usable for me. Checking my points balance for my FF account is nice, but not really a good use of an app.

No wonder the stock price is in the toilet! This app does not live up to the "spirit of Australia"! Whoever does digital marketing for Q should be looking for their next job...

Where is the flight status section? Where are bookings? How can I see flight schedules? Why should I leave this App on my phone?

Does not do anything that most of the worlds airlines provide in their mobile apps. Not that hard Qantas - check Delta, United, or any other major airline for the minimum expectations of these kinds of apps.

Just checked in using delta app and air France. Thought I would install the qf app. Im very disappointed. Im uninstalling

Never seen such a useless app. Whats the point? Cant even get boarding passes using this app. All they heed to do is to see how Virgin Australia does it. Simple features like boarding passes would not be a heap of money or time to implement.

This thing is worthless, cant even check your boarding pass. Swing and a miss!!! I would give it less than one star but cant.

Qantas. Why even bother? Perhaps the most useless app in the entire world. Such a great airline should have better tech. Even the crappiest carriers have better. Why? Why ?

Doesnt actually do anything... Been like this for ever, new version today, close to zero new features... Why, Qantas, why even bother??? Just copy the United app, and youd be all good.
